It Begins and Ends With Love

Books have been written about it. Many have dreams about it. Some chase it. Others find it. At some point in our lives, we all experience what we believe is the loss of it. When it's gone, we want some more. We have some basic ideas and beliefs about what it is, or what it should be, and we know what we believe is right. When, however, what we believe doesn't quite work, we change our minds, find a new approach, write more books and head off down the new paths we create. We change, but it does not. Love never changes. It remains constant and available in an unlimited supply.

Close your eyes for just a moment. Think about the face of a newborn baby - pure, innocent, defenseless and at rest. That is love. Imagine the touch, the smell, the embrace, the sight of a face, or a place that has warmed your heart, brought a smile to your face and caused all of your fears and worries to vanish. That's love. What color is it? What is the sound of it? Imagine yourself surrounded by it, embraced and protected by it, free from all harm for just a moment. When your defenses fall away and your heart opens, you've got it. Love is right where you are, wherever you are, in this moment -- love is. Love is available to you right now. Will you be available to love? Can you be? Are you open to receive it?

Until today, you may have believed you had to find love. Just for today, hold thoughts and images of love in your mind. When you can be love, move in love and see love in all things, you are living the truth of your soul. What could be more fulfilling?
